WIW 6/9: Looking at houses in olive, denim, and leopard

It's looking like I will soon be in the market for a new house (long, sad story -- ugh!) so today I went out to look at some open houses to see what's out there. I wanted to look like a qualified but not made-of-money buyer -- do you think I hit the right note?

Lovely house shopping outfit. I have an olive jacket and adore pairing it with lighter wash denim. I also like olive paired with black. I'd love to see these trousers with maybe a black going out top in an outfit remix, with some heels of course.

Your house hunting outfit looks great! Sorry it's not an enjoyable experience for you though (probably for many reasons). Wish I was there - I love to look at houses and will stop to look at open houses just for fun.

Thanks so much, ladies! I actually love house hunting but at this point I am beyond frustrated because the market is going up every day but I don't have the money in hand yet to actually make an offer or even start looking with an agent. So all I can do is look at the online listings and open houses, and lament the ginormous size of the mortgage I am going to have to take on.
