WIW 6/8: Trying again with the turquoise jacket

Jonesy suggested trying this jacket with trousers, and I think she was right! I feel much better in this outfit than in Wednesday's ensemble!

Turquoise jacket: Anthracite
Blush tee: Veronica M
Multi scarf: Veronica M
Brown trousers: Ann Taylor
Teal pumps: Madden Girl
Braided metallic belt: Guess via eBay
Espresso tote: Elliott Lucca

What do you think? I think this is actually one of my rare outfits that looks better WITH the jacket! And bonus shot of my un-flat-ironed curls in back!

It's the T+bulky scarf+blazer combo! One of my all time faves. It looks great on you, and the blazer length is perfect with the trousers (which, BTW fit you like a dream)! The colors/print in the scarf are gorgeous, and you know I love that bag! YLF!

Perfect! In fact, it doesn't even look like the same jacket - gorgeous colour and great fit. This jacket is the perfect length for trousers. See...it's not that we didn't love the jacket, it just works better with this silhouette!

Gogreous! You look smashing! I think this is one of few outfits with trousers I've seen you in. The scarf adds up perfectly to the jacket too, as well as the metallic belt. Fun, glam and fab!

Well, there you go! It is a trouser jacket! Amazing how I don't see a single fit issue this way, where the other version was totally tricking my eyes.
