Bit of a thrown together outfit today for casual Friday.

I'm still not used to the waistlessness of this look

Also feel that wearing the scarf like this is a bit dated.

And have I done the rolled up legs right (don't know if they are visible actually)

Anne, I cannot see the outfit very well on my iPad mini, but my impression is liking the color and high/ low hem of the top. I can't see the roll on the legs but think it is needed to show skin to balance your bare arms. The scarf style looks fine to me.

Can you tie the scarf to make a faux-infinity and have two longer loops instead? I like the top with the pants a lot.

I can't see the roll either, but it's a great touch, echoing the bare arms. Love the colour combo and the high-low hemline of the top, Anne.
Re scarf I was going to suggest the same thing as Ceit: faux-infinity looped around your neck a few times feels the most "now" to me these days.

I love the color of that top on you and the high/low of it, and the midsection (waistlessness) seems to work but it's a little hard to tell. I really like the infinity scarf idea, just tie the ends to make one big loop and then double it or triple it around your neck.

This is fantastic - the teal and burgundy, the waify waistlessness, and the long long scarf. And the half boots. I think this is Deborah Harry worthy. You're going to have to do this look a lot for me. Hahaha!

I also can't see the roll well, so sorry can't comment there. But the outfit looks good to me! I like the waistlessness, it looks breezy. The scarf looks fine to me, though the infinity tie is a good alternative option. Great moody colors with the bright scarf!
