I'm enjoying my twirly new Coldwater Creek skirt. There's several inches of snow on the ground so I can't wear it with sandals as in the first photo, except indoors. I'm not used to wearing a belt but the turtle neck looked too long otherwise. In the second photo I'm wearing a Macy's wool coat over all and experimenting with boots. I think I can wear this skirt in any season.
