WIW 5/9: Black and white and fever pink

This skirt is one of my first purchases after finding YLF, and it's been an incredible wardrobe workhorse. Today I paired it with black and white accessories and felt pretty darned fab!

Fever pink pencil skirt: Halogen
Black sweater: Gift from a friend
Houndstooth blazer: Ellen Tracy
T-strap pumps: T.U.K.
Black satchel: Cole Haan

I'm trying to wear my cooler-weather pieces while I can -- forecast is for much warmer weather coming!!

I very much like this outfit! The colors and patterns are very pleasing, but then again, I love high-contrast outfits. Those shoes look smashing on you!

loving that punch colored skirt with the black & white!! - the stripes on the neckline of the sweater play really nicely with the houndstooth jacket and bi-colored t straps!!

OH!! One of my absolute favs of yours I think. Heck, one of my favs of anyone's. LOVE.

Black and white and pink is one of my favourie combos... this is taken up a notch with the little bit of pattern mixing, the sweater with the jacket, then the little bit in the pumps.

Oh yeah this definitely works for me! I WISH I had a pencil skirt in this color to pair with b/w. I love this outfit with or without the jacket and this is being marked as a favorite. I simply love this.
