Today is going to be warm so I kept it simple and breezy. This is Angie's "de-bombshelling the pencil skirt" formula of a waist-surrendering top over a slim pencil skirt, and I really like the silhouette. I wear this top backwards to make it less boxy and give a fun asymmetrical hemline.
