Today I finally took a day to go to D.C. and see the Yayoi Kusama exhibit. It was a wonderful exhibit, but being the last week, it was quite busy. The lines to enter the infinity mirror rooms were long, and each small group of 2-3 people only got 30 seconds in each room. Nonetheless, it was worth it, and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

It was a cool, windy spring day, so perfect for this Veronica Beard striped moto. I wore it over a Vince colorblock top from a few years ago, my DIY half-raw hem jeans, and my studded boots. I thought the studs would be a nice nod to the dot motif in Kusama's work. I added a little subtle pattern mix with the scarf, and liked the pop of bright blue in my bag.

Bonus: pics from the exhibit (5-15) and the orchid exhibition in the entrance (16-21)
