Also some of you inquired about my appointment with the spine specialist. I posted it my shoe thread, but I don't think some saw it. The doctor suspected a bulging disc. They took x-rays and they showed some mild scoliosis and compression between two of my lumbar vertebrae, though it might have been between a lumbar and sacral. I very upset by this. Not only am I off heels for a while, but last year I was hiking and skiing regularly, this year I'm not. Although this gives me some hope, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qX9FSZJu448
