WIW 4/12: Pencil Midi and "Bomber" Jacket

I don't have a bomber jacket, but I figured my black leather zip-front would do. I wore this for a day of errands yesterday and felt great in it.

Striped midi: Vince Camuto
Graphic tee: Redbubble.com
Leather jacket: consignment
Sandal booties: Payless
Quilted black clutch: Topshop

I had been wanting a graphic tee for a while, and my son helped me find this one. This funny little guy is Catbug from the internet animated series Bravest Warriors, and the shirt memorializes one of his greatest moments. LOL The saleslady at Nordstrom Rack was quite taken with it, which made me feel great!

Swoon! This is so fab Mary! I love the juxtaposition of playful tee and a bit of edge from the black leather jacket and cage sandals!Those elements plus bold stripes send your outfit into style orbit. Love!

Fabulous interpretation of the look. Your moto jacket works perfectly with the scrunched sleeves, and those sandals! ....mmmm I haven't been to a Payless in ages and it's just 5 min. away, I'm tempted now. This is one of my fave looks on you, you rock!

I have to tell you, this is not one of those outfits that just came together easily! I had to fight for it!! By the time I was done I had half a dozen tops and three or four jackets piled on my bed! But I think the result was worth it. Glad to hear the Age Appropriateness Police won't be knocking on my door!

ETA: Gracie, the shoes are from several years ago, but you should stop by Payless anyway! As Angie says, leave no retail stone unturned!
