I am off to take care of some kitties that belong to friends who are away and then to dinner with another friend, and figured that modern classic is a good way to dress for it. I am wearing the outfit featured in Angie's December blog post, with the exact same tee and knit moto jacket - I got the jacket before the post, when Angie featured it as one for her picks. The trouser jeans are my old ones though, by Joe's Jeans. Per Angie's recommendation, I finished the outfit with a cherry red trench coat, black tote and pointy black wedge booties.
The booties are one of those emotional purchases we make when we are feeling really down - in my case it was late last year when I was going through some depressing treatments and feeling really bad.
