Fab color pairing and fab outfit! I like the jacket from what I can see of it. Totally worth playing around with. Would also look super with loads of white, other pastels (blush, mint, lavender, peach), bright tomato red, citron, blue-out with cobalt+denim, leopard, taupe+cream....

I was fully steeled to dislike this as neither of these colors speak to me. Yet here they are screaming FABNESS! No fair.

It's funny... I changed my mind. If I look at your outfit alone (without knowing what the idea behind was), it looks perfectly fine to me. It's only the comparison to the inspiration that made it seem a bit off. Bottom line: don't post the inspiration right next to it! lol
