I don't think that I have posted an outfit in 2 years. But I really wanted to do it today. We had a family day today, along with my sister. We went to buy shoes for the kids and then to a movie and a casual dinner.
This outfit really, really reminds me of YLF. Biscuit's Mom wants to learn to take photos and post. So I figured I want to do it too. She motivated me. The sweater is the Joie sweater that Una bought. The boots are something that Nailpolish Man posted about 18 months ago and I am wearing pearl earrings and using my Longchamp bag in memory of Jen's ( JenandEd ) daughter. It feels weird to smile because of that but I wanted to do something that did bring Jen's daughter joy. In her memory as well as my late SIL :
1. Various bracelets. The band v one was made for me by my daughter when she was 9. The bead one belonged to my SIL who died of cancer this past Sept. The big stone one looks brown, but it is actually read ( to match the scarf I wore ).
2. My dark purple Longchamp, LL Bean wool pea coat, dusty pink wool hat, Nordstrom stripe cashmere scarf, Pikolinos Boots, ATL jeans.
3. Joie asymmetrical sweater ( which I adore ) . Our dog insisted on being in the picture. But then our little and newest member got very upset. So I picked him up,
4....and took picture #4. So here he is. He was also my SIL's. We adopted him after she passed.
Finally, since Angie is coming to Boston, I decided to go to a top notch hairdresser and just tell him to do whatever he thinks will suit me and my lifestyle. We'll see how that turns out.
