I saw a big swarm of butterflies flying around our neighborhood yesterday, so I thought I'd wear something butterfly themed. I didn't get a close look because I was driving, but they were a pretty orange color (are monarch butterflies migrating right now?). Did you know that a group of butterflies is called a kaleidoscope?

I took the old MK pewter studded bag to work because it's big enough to hold all my stuff, but if I was going out in the evening I would have swapped it for one of my silver Chanel bags. Instead I had to change into a scout uniform to go to an Order of the Arrow meeting with the kids, so no chance to bring out the pretty bags. Which of the three purses do you like best with this outfit?

Shirt: L'Agence butterfly shirt
Skirt: DVF navy lace pencil skirt (had this skirt a long time ago, but lost it somehow, looked all over and never found it, missed it a lot, but recently found it on eBay and bought it (had to go up two sizes for fit, but I'm so happy to have it back!)
Shoes: Tieks Moonstruck ballet flats
Necklace: Fable England tiny dragonfly necklace. This whole collection of dainty woodland theme jewelry and handbags is so stinking cute, I want to buy it all! Mushrooms, deer, foxes, birds etc. I also have a tiny butterfly necklace and bracelet which would have been a better match, but didn't have time to put them on because DS asked for a ride to school at the last minute, and I didn't want to be late for work. Whenever our kids ask for a favor like driving them somewhere, I pretty much always say yes even if it's inconvenient, because in a just few years they'll be out of the house and then there will be no one to ask to spend a few minutes with us, sniff sniff. In fact DS will be able to get his license in a couple months and then he won't need me to drive him anymore. Our babies are growing up...
Bracelet: Hermes Kelly Double tour in blue and rose gold
Purses: Michael Kors pewter Astor studded satchel, Chanel silver heart and Chanel silver galuchat Boy
