I'm wearing this today. I've posted the top and skirt before, but now I wear it with my new boots. Any thoughts? Does it work?

Printed top, necklace, black skirt, black leggings and red boots.

Your shirt has such beautiful print (I love prints). Maybe tuck the shirt in more? half tuck? a belt? I would personally prefer more definition. The boots are terrific too.

Fun with the boots, and I love how they pick up one of the colours in your top (great print and colours on you). I'm not entirely sure about the proportions of the top tucked into the skirt, I think I'd like to see the skirt sit a little lower (but it might be the angle of the photo too).

I echo Inge -- the bookending of the color is fabulous. I like the print in the top a lot -- feminine, but sophisticated. Is is possible to bring the waist of the skirt down slightly? With the camera angle from above, it's tough to see for sure, but I think the skirt's proportions might be even better if it were a bit lower on the waist.

Thanks everyone! I'm glad it works I've tried to pull the skirt down slightly, but it ends up a bit higher up anyway (I have a bit of a belly pout, so I think the skirt automatically goes up above the belly, if that makes sense). But I can try with a belt, as Dixie suggested, see if that helps!

Here's a pic with my belt! It's a bit too big to wear at the waist, I have to make more holes to wear it like this. Is it better with a belt, you think? (Sorry, no shoes!)
