While the 30x30 challenge is done, I’d still love to get your critiques and suggestions on my outfits.

I finally got my hair cut so I wore my hair down all week. I can’t get it to look anything like how it did when I left the salon, but that’s ok. Since it takes less time to brush my hair, I even managed to put on mascara and lipstick each day.

1: Navy cowl neck sheath dress. With the warmer weather I switched to sheer hose instead of black tights and tried a simpler necklace to avoid competing with the complicated neckline of the dress. I meant to wear a cuff bracelet, but forgot to put it on in the morning rush. Would my burgundy heels work with this dress with sheer black hose or would I need to find navy hose?

2: Black and white floral cowl neck top, cobalt skirt. A second day in the 70s called for something more springlike so I went floral with bright blue. Bare legs in February felt odd, but it was beautiful weather.

3: Teal top, teal cardigan, black pants, pewter loafers. The temperature dropped back into the 50s today, but it was still warm enough to wear my shiny new loafers. They have a slight wedge heel, which I prefer to a true flat.

4: Black and white floral blouse, black pencil skirt, cabernet jacket, burgundy heels. I don’t know who recommended pairing this jacket with a skirt to dress it up, but this is what it looks like. I think it emphasized the casualness of the jacket rather than elevating it so I won’t be repeating this combination.
