So fun! Today I am combining the ensemble from Angie's blog post with the Corporette Outfit Challenge, which today calls for "more!"

I feel like I am pretty maxed on statements on an everyday basis, so I was a little stymied by this one. Then I read Angie's blog post and thought of this fab James Perse sweatshirt, which came in my one and only box from Trunk Club last year. Then the striped skirt jumped out of the closet, and the polka dot scarf. Then the leopard shoes wanted in on the action (I swear I tried on every pair of shoes in my closet before giving in to the leopard!), and because I am a rule-follower I added the arm party per the Corporette instructions. And fun fact: I told my sweet husband about today's outfit challenge and he said "That's easy! Just add another pompom!" So I did that, too!

Fun facts about the arm party: The rubber flower bracelets are from my honeymoon in Sicily (as are the fun red sunnies, now that I think about it); the mustache bracelet is from the bike ride we took the morning of my wedding, and the black pull-cord bracelet is cool because it's made with copper reclaimed from the Statue of Liberty when it was restored a few years ago. And the red bracelet was a gift from a friend.

Again, pretty far outside my comfort zone for work, but today is a no-meetings day (except a meeting with my interior designer over the lunch hour, for which I think I am very appropriately dressed), so it's all good.

What do you all think? Anybody joining in today?
