1. I've had this look pinned to my Pinterest board for a while now, and I had planned to wear my new red sweater. But then I thought it would be more fun to use my red plaid shirt to stand in for the bandana print on the skirt in the original. I ended up rolling down the sleeves because it was a bit cold yesterday and I liked it even more with the red showing below the blue jacket sleeves like in the original!

2. I was in a hurry to get dressed this morning (almost forgot about a dentist's appointment!) and I forgot the white shirt here, which is a shame because I think it would have really added the finishing touch to this look! I enjoyed it anyway because hey! What's not to love about silver shoes at the office?
