Today I had a voice lesson and later today we are going to a book signing, so I got to "get dressed." Big fun! The sweatshirt is new from Rails in the past couple of weeks, and the coat is from BR Factory, new this winter. The scarf is from a little gift shop in Port Stanley in the Falkland Islands, if you can belief it! I was freezing that day (on my Antarctica cruise) and it saved me! (Actually it wasn't cold enough for the scarf or the coat today in So Cal, but I thought I'd show you anyway, just for fun -- I'd planned to wear them so...)
ETA since we were talking about petite sizing on another thread, I want to report that this sweatshirt from Rails is not marked as a petite size but it sure feels like a petite -- the sleeves are just the right length for my T-Rex arms, and the waist hits me at the waist. This is a size XS.
I'm realizing that my retirement uniform is "jeans and sweatshirts" but I'm trying to elevate it a bit. What do you think?
