It's been pretty hot this week, so skin and simplicity have been the order of the day.
As I mentioned in a previous post, my family took off for the week, so I was mainly hanging out at home, cleaning, purging, sorting, in clothes that were 10-15 years old, that are loose, baggy, and that I could get dusty and sweat in. You will NOT see photos of those :). Here's what I wore when I "cleaned up" for errands, or to go to work.
1. Cotton dress for errands on Sunday.
2. Pleione split neck top,VC tube skirt, Doc Marten sandals - a repeat, but different shoes.
3. Pleione wrap top. Another repeat. Figured I'd post it just to show I DO repeat!
4. Tribal sun dress, with and without topper. Toms sandals. This topper was actully on my "hmm, do I really wear this enough/need it" list, but it goes so well with this dress, I like the way it follows the lines of the pattern. And considering it can be scrumpled up in a ball in my purse as a "put on if it gets chilly" piece, it's staying.
5. Libra top, Costco capri's, SE Trina sandals
6. VERY old ON tee, Gap BF camo shorts, errands.
7-8 "Date night" with a girl friend - dinner and a movie. JCrew tank, Lululemon pants, JCrew linen sweater, and the Toms sandals. Which are turning out to be workhorses, much to my surprise.
That's it! Comments on anything and everything are welcome!
