Not too many layers, and you look great! To amp it up, maybe belt under the cardi? Or maybe if the cardi was also navy so you are not so broken up?

I like the red paired with the blue and green, and the scarf really pulls it together.

It's a change for you....lacks the structure of a jacket. But I think it's a fun change. And believe me, I totally "get" the need for cozy knits on a cold day.

Ironically, here it is freakishly warm so I am wearing a spring weight knit - "our" LLBean sweater!

Do you have three layers on?! I think this looks really nice, and you could always take the top layer off for a different look. I'm only wearing one layer today in 20 degrees! Can't stand layering on myself.

Una, that's so funny! I do have three layers -- blouse, pullover, and cardigan. It was 41 degrees when I got up this morning, which is VERY VERY COLD for these parts! LOL

This is one of my favorites! It's a really unexpected set of colors but everything works -- the bright green, the olive, red and blue. You are a master.

Lovely colors! I think the layering is OK, though it does seem more maximal than the directly you've headed. I would vote to skip the belt and leave the cardigan free
