WIW 13 06 07. Not a dress. - YouLookFab Forum

We had a miserable forecast today, which of course in true Maritime style turned out to be almost nothing, but it was enough to turn me off wearing a dress. Plus I was keen to wear my new Kut from the Kloth white bf's, and my new Gap bicycle shirt... thanks to somebody on here who pointed this out! I do a lot of work with cycling as part of my job, and today had quite a large meeting with cycling folk, which was why I wanted to wear it today. The reactions to it were great... only a few noticed, and did serious double takes when they realized. Fun!

Thought it was funny that Angie posted yesterday about her uniform for the summer being rolled bf's and tucked in shirts, as I'd already planned this one out.

Also sporting my Canadian Tire belt. Oh my, a lot of YLF influence today!

I love those Gap shirts - I own several, and the bicycle print is so cute! How do you like the white Kut BF's? I have almost pulled the trigger on purchasing them several times. Do they run true to size for you?

Karie, I LOVE the Kut BF's. In terms of sizing, I normally take a size 29/8 in most things. I was in a major debate over these, so I ordered the 8's and 10's. The ones you see above are the 10's... they are the ones with a slouchy BF look, and I like the idea of the looseness on warmer days. However, I'm pretty sure I"m keeping the 8's as well. They also fit, but in more of a "fit" way than a "BF" way - more like they fit on the model on the webpage. It's a bit ridiculous to keep both, I know, but these fit so well, I love the rise, and I would wear both sizes in different ways... the smaller are more "tidy". I posted both pairs here if you want to see how the smaller ones fit. HTH!

Thanks, Elizabeth, for the info! I also wear a size 29/8. Your comment about keeping both made me smile - I did that with my Gap BF jeans - kept the 8's and the 10's (my "plus one"). I love and wear both!

Karie, if you have the Gap BF's, I'd say the size 10 Kuts are comparable to the size 8 Gaps. I also have those.
