WIW 1/15: Angie copycat scarf

It's still super cold (for this part of the world, anyway), so I bundled up in a turtleneck sweater and big scarf. I'm super excited because I'm meeting Denise and Rae for drinks and apps after work!!

Black turtleneck sweater: Ann Taylor
Apple green knit blazer: GAP
Black pencil skirt: Halogen
Black/gray/green skirt: Angie's pick from NAS
Black microfishnets: Target
Black boots: Frye Rory
Gray "croc" tote: Talbots via eBay

Thanks for looking! Is belting over a blazer still okay, or is that so two years ago?

This is gorgeous - and I'm interested in hearing Angie's comment about belting over the blazer because I'm wanting to do that too.

Mary K, another fab outfit. And on the question of belting a blazer, you've nailed the look. I have a red blazer and I've been planning to wear a wide black belt over it but wonder if if be able to pull the look.

You look fabulous in the bright green. The belting over the blazer gives you such a great shape. Burberry had belts over all their jackets this fall so I assume it is still very on trend.

Luv how the scarf coordinates the black, green, and gray pieces! I think you can go either way with the belt. Anyway you look at it, this is a FAB outfit!
