WIW 11/3: Mustard and eggplant and more leopard

I am having brunch with a friend today for the third day in a row! Big fun! (Different friends!) And of course leopard is the official pattern of brunch with friends, so out comes my fave calfhair satchel!

I had planned to wear my mustard skinnies with my new Foxcroft tencil "chambray" shirt, but the eggplant cardigan I'd planned to wear on top insisted on going solo!

Mustard skinnies: ASOS

Shades: Guess via consignment

I have a soft spot in my heart for this cardi because it was my very first purchase on Angie's recommendation! I like wearing it backwards as a pullover -- do you think it looks okay, or is it "too 2010?"

You know, I've been toying with the idea of wearing a cardigan backwards so it looks like a boatneck. Is that what you did here?

I never thought of wearing a cardigan back to front. I do have a 3/4 sleeve Tshirt that was designed to be worn either way. I have to wear a cami under it when I wear the scoop to the front. But I prefer the other way usually; the high neckline is so great for scarves or necklaces!
