I'm just getting ready to go run some errands, but I wanted to look and feel good about what I'm wearing. This dress has made an appearance on YLF before - I call it my "Grace Slick" dress. It's a vintage 60s/70s sleeveless dress with a black poly top and a cotton skirt.

It's sort of in-between temps here today, so I put on my denim jacket. And I'm trying out my new booties with bare legs, and am really not sure what I think about it. So far I've only worn them with jeans - underneath bootcuts and with skinnies. I think I would like them with tights and skirts, but not sure about this. Do they look like I'm standing in flowerpots? My only other option would be ballet flats - my pumps would look too fussy and my sandals too cold - but I don't like wearing flats with skirts, but whatever.

What do you think? Different shoes? (I haven't done my hair yet, so ignore that.)

Dress: vintage via Etsy

Jacket: Target (from the Girls' department, of all places - it was the only way I could find the fit/length I wanted!)

Booties: Crown Vintage from DSW
