Hi, everybody! I've been scarce for a few days because over the weekend I was busy moving into my new master bedroom! On Friday they finished painting, and Saturday morning took the RAM board off the floor and installed the closet fixtures I'd retrieved from The Former Marital Residence. I spent the rest of the weekend moving my furniture and my clothes in, and OMG! I am so happy to have all my clothes back in one place!
The new closet is smaller than the big walk-in closet I had at the Bachelorette Pad, but I bought a bunch of skinny velvet hangers and I was able to fit almost everything in. Out-of-season stuff and outwear is going to live in the guest room closet. I am one happy camper! The only thing left is to let the paint cure a little bit more, and then I will put my over-the-door shoe rack o the back of one of the closet doors and I will be in business. The back-of-the-door purse holders will probably go on the back of the actual bedroom door because I don't think there will be room in the closet. (Although if I do that I'll have to find another photo spot! )
Anyway, I am going to an event at my former law firm today and I wanted to look good, so I chose the new moto jacket and faux leather skirt I got at SSIF. Teamed it with my fave "bee" blouse and a new pair of nude pumps. What do you all think?
