1/2. Friday night I went out with my neighbor for a little Girls' Night dinner at a local watering hole. It took a fair amount of trying and discarding before I came up with this outfit, but I was happy to give the leather peplum tank a chance to go out and play!

3/4. Saturday morning I decided to go super simple for a day of errands including picking up my CSA veggie box and getting my hair done (hence the not-quite-the-way-I-like-it blowout!).
Funny story: I bought this striped tee thinking it was black. Then as I was driving to the salon I saw it in the bright sunlight for the first time and realized it was definitely dark navy instead! Whoops! That's okay -- navy and black together is sophisticated, right? RIGHT??

5. Saturday night I went to a hockey game with a friend and the most important factors were warmth and lack of fussiness. I forgot to take a photo, but I wore my black leather jacket on top
