Not really. It’s actually 8 degrees (F) and warming up to 15. Just poetic license for the Gordon Lightfoot fans.
I constructed this multilayered outfit purely for my own entertainment and warmth, I guess. If I go out (and I will—I really try to get out in daylight every day) I will have a coat and snow boots and no one will know. But I could be test-driving it for public consumption.
