It was a really rough morning.
DD1 had the stomach flu yesterday, and my mom was gracious enough to sit with her today as she couldn't go back to daycare yet. Bronchitis knocked me out for 2.5 days, so she knew me getting off of work was tough.
DD2 hated that grandma picked up her sister and not her. She wailed, and then she wanted to "snuggle momma". Which, I snuggled her, of course, even though mornings are hectic. DD2 cheered up when she realized she had all of my attention centered on her.
As you can imagine, my get ready time was cut back significantly.
