My apologies for the less than awesome pics here. I was in such a hurry this morning that I didn't have time to snap a WIW. I did this right after work where my hair might've been disheveled. Heh.
Because of all the rain in Toronto lately, my headaches have been frequent. On top of that, my now stretched out Naot sandals have been causing me foot pain because my right foot (the smaller foot) has been flopping around in them. The last month has been a bit of a challenge, and an educational experience. I'll have to look for shoes again - but this time with a lower heel, rigid platform on the forefoot and I'll need to ensure my low volume feet are secure in them.
I purchased these sneakers last Friday and have been wearing them daily since. I came home today with happy feet. The soles aren't very rigid but there's still about a one inch platform all around. I slipped in my insoles and it was good to go. All day happy feet!
I was never a fan of classic sneakers, so I created my own rule: only funky sneakers please! My Fitflop sneakers are in patent teal leather and this one is in lace. I'm on a lookout for sparkly silver or graphite ones. We shall see
