Thanks so much ladies
Janet, your legs are soooo suited to flares. I'm sure any version you put together will look amazing as always.
Greyscale, this particular top is too thick for semi-tucking, but I'll definitely do a version soon with my thin chambray shirt with tuck+belt.
Meredith, I agree! This ensemble can definitely skew many different directions stylistically. Love the thought of this having a jumpsuit vibe, hadn't thought of it but am totally in.
Vivian, hah glad you like the pomp-pony ^^ Bangs are in desperate need of trimming, but hey at least this is a fun way of dealing with it.
Angie, YES they really do need hemming!! You know how they relaxed after the initial hemming? I didn't realize it right away and shredded the backs unfortunately. Not as crisp any more. In addition to taking them up am debating whether to also cut and let them fray for a more casual look or have the cuff hemmed in half and keep them dressier. Probably the latter since it's harder to find? We're all doing well, thank youuu <3
Anchie, fun! Hope you'll post your outfit
The Cat, thank you very much! I love denim-on-denim, whether it's tonal or mismatched. In the past I've been more variable with the washes, but lately I'm enjoying having them much closer or matching exactly.
Jaime, I'll take beautiful blueberry, a "sweet" memory ^^
Staysfit, hee yes the monochrome felt different to wear, too! I'm back to my usually colorful/patternful self but it was still a fun look. Thanks for the compliment on finishing touches.
Sara and Suz, interesting thoughts on the effect of the modern pieces. The other look I have planned is more classic/70s. We'll see how they compare!
