Thank all you very much, ladies! I'm feeling both glad and silly (since I had doubts about it) that #3 is going over so well ^^ I also didn't realize until reading everyone's lovely comments that it is certainly very Angie-inspired, she's wearing essentially the same top/scarf style in the background of the site! So thanks once again, Angie
L - Mainly the belt didn't stay put, it slid up, slid down... The coat has a nipped in seam right where I put the belt so having it move around like that looked awkward. A wider belt as some suggested would probably have solved that problem.
Laurie - Thank you! I do my collages in Photoshop. I wrote about it here a while back.
Sammi - I've been enjoying mixing in the orange lip when I wear red accessories, makes it less matchy
Jenna - I'm not a fan of those skinny cargoes for myself, so I simply bought a pair of olive twill skinnies. They work just as well, though slightly less trendy, and I don't have to worry about adding bulk to my thighs. I find them extremely versatile.
Kelly - I took stock of my woven tops and they're all button-ups! I need to learn how to find other woven blouses now, but that kind of scares me; I have no idea what to look for -_-
Mary - If you copy #3 I expect photos
Una - It's getting harder each morning when I look in my closet and still see predominantly tees; I have so many things to replace! But the challenge is still fun in its own way. Also, I'm going through Una WIW withdrawals here (*hint hint*)!!
Antje - The shirt is from Target (this one here), sized up. The scarf I thrifted, pretty sure it's from the late 70s/early 80s based on material/construction/print. I thrift all of my silk scarves
