Not really sure this counts as style, per se. It is awfully close to what I wore pre-YLF, except I would not have selected cashmere and I would have worn a plain black shoe . . .

I desperately need to figure out what to do with my hair. I skipped my last hair appointment before baby, and have not been after.

You are beautiful in teal and I love the leopard shoes with it! Much more interesting than black would be and they bookend your hair very nicely.

If that's close to pre-YLF, then you have great instincts. Gorgeous photo of little Thistle. I'm with Angie on the hair suggestions, but that'll also depend on how much time you want to spend styling. Maybe a bit of layer in the front if you don't want anything drastic?

So smart to use luxe fabrics, rich color and fab footwear as an outfit formula. Looks great! And baby is so sweet!

I'm with you in being overdo for a cut. I vote for shaping near the face -- focusing on face framing and movement, and a bit of texturizing.

oh, you looked nice as well…..and i noticed in your previous post that your hair was longer than usual. i like it, and i imagine at that length its easy to pull back and get it out of your way (a plus), but it takes more time to dry (a minus). if you can deal with the time it takes to dry, i'd vote for just a quick trim and shaping.

You know what, Thistle? The details do count. Cashmere doesn't necessarily show up in the photos, but it in real life I know it looks luxurious, and I noticed your fantastic shoes right away. My thought was like Angie's--great book-ending with your hair. We come to take such things for granted in our style after hanging around on YLF for a while, but they do make a difference.
