I have been having a somewhat bummed out few weeks. Nothing extremely terrible but some stressful family situations. This did lead me to actually shop more (in second hand shops) and some of my splurges will be showing up soon. Anyway, I am hoping to take charge with some wardrobe fun this month, but first some of my latest experiments.
1. I found this 70s jacket in perfect condition in a charity shop for a ridiculous amount ($10). Only problem is that is probably the absolute worst color on me. So I wanted to see what would happen if I paired it with its most intense opposite. Not sure, what do you think?
2. I found this new condition (but several years old) Muubaa jacket in another charity shop. I rarely find good leather or motos so of course I brought it home. This is a boring outfit with ill fitting jeans (this is what happens when they fit my waist), but I do think the jacket punches it up.
3. Bad picture, but rare example of my dinner with guests sort of outfit. Vintage Ruth Norman caftan/tunic/thingy.
4. Typical fall back outfit that is mostly good for making me happy that my 15 year old wants to take selfies with her mom!
