I picked up a poncho-like sweater (it has sleeves so not sure it is truly a poncho) on the weekend to give the trend a try. It was timely that Angie posted about ponchos this morning as it reminded me to check the weather. I saw the piece at the store but it was in the plus size section. I figured it wouldn't matter so tried it anyway and quite liked it.
I have also wanted to try the black, grey, cobalt ensemble from last week so combined the two. I am wearing the black faux snakeskin pants and new black booties too. I had considered adding a cobalt linen tank but decided on a more substantial top in case it is too warm in the office and I need to remove the poncho/sweater. I added a bright cobalt bag to finish the second ensemble.
Comfort all around. Comments/suggestions always welcome.
P.S. I had a horrendous sinus headache yesterday and even with double doses of meds and a Tylenol 3, I am not back to normal so my eyes are puffy and hazy. Pretend not to notice.
