I am so excited to be able to wear heels again and have been venturing out more and more, and for longer periods, in my shoes, boots and booties with 2"+ heels. I haven't worn these dark red Frye boots for at least 2 winters so I pulled them out today to wear to an appointment - minimal walking involved. Sadly I am afraid I might have to let them go, as the heels are just really too high for me to wear comfortably. I also never really broke the boots in, which might be part of what reduces the comfort. The leather around the ankles is still pretty stiff.
But, they are so pretty! And they were so pricey.
Pics aren't great and there's a jacket hanging on the door behind me that looks like it's part of my back. I like this Loft blouse which, in a petite, has perfect length sleeves and just a little ruffle at the wrists to make it different. Belt was a gift from Argentina, jeans are Paige.
Janet - what did you end up doing with these boots? Keep or pass on?
