wiw- tale of two camos

On friday DBF and I were comparing camo pants, both his and mine. I decided to post both of my pairs as what I wores.

fridays camo
pants- Tripp ( BF prefers these)
top- Bailey 44 ( I love this shirt)
shoes- Sketchers hidden wedges

mondays camo
pants- Almost Famous
top- Gap
boots- Mix no 6
jacket- Sans Souchi (ended up leaving this at home)

new items
boots- Aldo in taupe suede
mix media jacket-Sans Souchi (no zips on sleeves so I can hem)

I especially like the lighter pair in combo with the light grey top and the white (or is it very pale pink) jacket (and the taupe boots). It feels fresh and unexpected to me.

I'm loving lighter colored clothing with a touch of RATE lately. I had a pretty high happy factor in both of these. I think BF has a poison eye for fashion camo and he likes my punky side. The topper is an ivory color.

Taupe!! (Sorry, I always get carried away about that). But I like the unexpected colours in the second camp. Almost floral!! But still RATE, as you say.

Angie- I really like the taupe booties with the light camo. If I hadn't just found the boots today I would have started with them. I love that they continue the same color scheme. Did you notice I've been wearing slight slouchiness in my tops lately?
Suz- You crack me up. I thought of you when I was trying these beauties on. If I remember right, dont you have taupe suede booties with a dirty toe. We could be shoe siblings. It probilly doesn't show in the pictures but they have some studs on the ankles.
Ceit- I didnt think about the sweater but that is some great bookending. Awesome idea.

Awesome, a little love for #1. Both sets were really high in happy f. I thought it would be fun to wear two completely different looks out of a common element.
this could be a pretty cool future challenge.
