Dear YLF,

One of the things I wanted to do this year was to post more outfits.
I have been going around in my closet thinking where do I want to take me style and certain things were evident.
- I like my clothes to be easy care, as in no dry cleaning , no easy creasing.
- Clothes have to be easy to wear, unless we are talking about white shirts where it are very difficult to wear without a cami, I don't like to wear clothes that need a supporting act to get out of the house.
- Fabrics have to feel good to the touch
- I almost always choose the same colors which makes it easier to build capsule wardrobes within my wardrobe

This made it easier to pinpoint what I want to do with my style this year.
First of all I want to wear clothes that make me happy , either being for casual wearing or work wear. I understand that different occasions might require different tailoring or colors but surely there must be some common thread in the clothes that make me happy.
So for each outfit that I post I will try to find what makes me happy( or not) about it.
If you are still reading ( I wasn't counting on writing so much), this is what made me happy about this outfit:

- The fit of the polka dot shirt. It is the right amount of relaxed fit. Although you cannot see it with the vest on top I know it fits well .
- The color of the vest . It makes my hair shinier and with red undertones.
- The unexpected flowers on the vest. I like how they add texture to the outfit.
-The conventional proportions of the outfit.
- The ink blue booties . They are comfortable and I find them pretty.
- The fact that my bag matches the vest in color .
