Time to experiment with some layering, as its freezing cold here today. I found this navy Tommy Hilfiger cable knit sweater on final sale, and combined it with my navy, slim straight velveteen jeans, a navy blue quilted vest from a few years back, and my Rieker lace up booties.
I just loved the pink and off-white striped detail on this sweater when I spotted it in the store.
It was labelled a size large, but I thought the sizing seemed off and tried it anyway. Happily, it fit like a charm, is super comfy and fits with my modern casual, classic aesthetic.
You just never know with sizing these days, I’m glad I just ignored it and gave it a shot. It’s easy enough to do when shopping at B&M stores, not so much online. You’ve got to cautious with these final sales.
