My husband and I took a quick weekend trip to San Antonio (kids stayed with their grandparents). DH had never been there and I hadn't been since high school. We stayed downtown near the Alamo and Riverwalk so planned to walk almost everywhere. We went to the Alamo (which made me realize my knowledge of Texas history was sadly lacking), had several meals on the Riverwalk, went to Market Square, the Alameda Museo, the San Antonio Museum of Art, the Briscoe Western Art Museum, and the Pearl Brewery Complex. Our restaurant on Saturday night was on the parade route for the Flambeau Parade (night parade) as part of the San Antonio Fiestas that were taking place while we were there. I'm not a big parade person but it was fun to watch it from 3 stories up and have a nice meal at the same time. We had a great time and now I really want to go back with my kids.
#1 - What I packed - I stuck with a fairly limited color scheme since it was only 3 days.
#2 - Mostly same items but easier to see the two dresses on the hangers.
#3 - What I wore on the plane ride to San Antonio which left at 7 pm.
#4 - Saturday to walk around. The weather was beautiful - warm without being hot.
#5 - Sundress for dinner on Saturday night (I brought a light cardigan with in case it was cold in the restaurant).
#6 - T-shirt dress for more sightseeing on Sunday.
I added the scarf when we went to dinner since it was slightly cooler by then.
#7 - What I wore on the plane ride home.
