I almost didn't post this, but taking pictures with the intention of posting really does make me pay more attention, so I'll keep this up at least for a little while.
Still living out of my spring capsule wardrobe (at least for work... after work I occasionally pull a casual thing from the rest of my closet), which includes some favorites, and some things I'm less sure about. For the first week, I used a lot of my favorites, so this week had a couple of things I'm a bit on the fence about.
1: Last Monday: Black/white striped button down (Express... one of the items I'm a little unsure about), black skinnies (Express), (on their last legs) gladiator sandals (Fergalicious).
2-3: Tuesday: Navy top with a cool asymmetrical drape that's a little hard to see in the pictures (Elizabeth & Clarke), charcoal knit pencil skirt (Express), oxblood flats (Merona).
4: Wednesday: Casual day (away from the office). Gray long-sleeve tee with faux leather shoulders (Elizabeth & Clarke), jeans (Express), black boots (Timberland).
5-6: Thursday: Gray sweater (Express), gray skinnies (Express), gray boots (Earth). For outside, a red faux leather jacket (Express), and for inside, a charcoal wool blazer (J Crew, thrifted for $25... it looked brand new!).
7-8: Casual Friday: Black/white spotted slightly sheer crinkly button-down (gift... it originally had big ruffles on the front, but I had those removed because they didn't feel like me. I've had this shirt for years and the belled sleeves are somehow now kinda trendy, by accident. I'm a little unsure about it, but I love the fit in the back).
