Summer is my favorite season, kind of one plus one or just one garment and done. In the colder months I keep my outfits pragmatic, layers for warmth.
Outfit #1 worn to work thing on Wednesday. I recreated it to photograph it. I left and returned home when it was dark. I also wore a scarf in the evening which I forgot to add here. But you don’t need much imagination for that, it is a same navy color as a jacket. And a cardigan. Well, minimalism, what can I say?

Uniqlo +J wool jacket, 2021 I bought this jacket at the end of last year but couldn’t wear it in the spring as my main accessories at the time were crutches and they required fitted clothes.

Outfit #2 I wore today to work and sneakers shopping. So, funny how things happen in life. I specifically didn’t want more sneakers. Out of 4 pairs of shoes I bought this year, 3 are sneakers. To put things into prospective, from 2015 to 2022 I bought also 3 pairs of sneakers. Not per year but total. I have all these notions about my style and other grand ideas but comfort is obviously a king. Today’s sneakers are for running and probably the most expensive pair of shoes in my wardrobe sans one pair of boots.

Outfit #3 is not really an outfit. Thanks Angie for reminder, I tried if my loud plaid pants fit. They do but barely.
