These outfits are from my recent quick trip to Vancouver and Seattle. I should have taken a picture of what I packed since I ended up mixing and matching a bunch. I wore everything multiple times, even on a 4-day trip because I like to change clothes in the evening. Not because what I was wearing earlier isn't appropriate, I just get bored.

Thanks Suz for the transit information - we took the light rail from the airport to our hotel and then took multiple bus rides to get around. Super easy (with Google Maps to tell us which bus and where to get on/off) and everyone was friendly.

Day 1

We got to Vancouver around noon on Thursday and visited the Museum of Anthropology on the recommendation of my co-worker (who is an ethnographer so his recommendation was somewhat expected). It was really interesting to this Southwest gal - my vision of native culture is pueblos, pottery, and kivas not huge wooden totems.

#1 - Flight for Vancouver left at 6:10 am so this photo was taken around 4:30 am. Comfy jeans, sweater, and boots.
#2 - Changed clothes to go to dinner - owl tee, camo pants (hard to see in the dark hotel lighting, and tall boots.

Day 2
Went to breakfast, Stanley Park, shopped (mostly window)
#3 - Fuchsia sweater, jeans for dinner that evening.
#4 - Fuchsia sweater, camo pants, tall boots (olive jacket, not pictured here) - walked around Stanley Park, shopping, ate good food.

Day 3
#5 - New sweater I bought at Old Navy the day before (my husband was giving me a hard time for this being the only thing I bought after visiting multiple shops that we don't have in ABQ), maroon pants, tall boots - I changed boots when we got to Seattle since it was colder than Vancouver.
#6 - Same outfit with snakeskin boots which is what I wore on the train ride from Vancouver to Seattle - these photos are out of order.
#7/8 - Party outfit. I brought nude and black micro-fishnets and tried them both on and decided I liked the lighter color better. Odd since I liked the darker better at home. Anyway, it turned out it was only about a mile from the hotel to the MoPop so we walked and I wasn't cold. I wore the black jacket to the party.

Day 4
#9/10 - Traveling outfit with owl tee, jeans, and snakeskin boots.

All in all we had a great trip. The MoPop was a fun venue for the party. Loved seeing Vancouver as it's a new city for us, and had no issues with any of our travel plans.
