The weather is still miserable and I thought I'd try to wear the black ballet flats and blazer in a happy way. The sweater is a bit thick to layer under the jacket, but my other striped shirt was in the laundry. I also layered some tights, the black poka dot ones over a red pair, to soften the black next to the culottes.
This is fairly dressy for me on a normal day, but I really like it!
