Ah, the hotel full length mirror shot. At least I remembered to shut the bathroom door! Drove 4 hours in this outfit. It was so comfortable! Went straight to work dinner. Still wearing it.

I pulled several things from the closet this morning that I have not worn in a long time - only new item is the Gap charcoal heather double knit skinny ankle pants that fit me like a glove (sized up), but that are now out of stock which I discovered when I immediately tried to get the black. This loose knit, soft Michael Kors sweater is 23% wool and I cannot stand it to touch my body (I can even feel the itch through the blouse), but I didn't feel like wearing a turtleneck so I grabbed my Brooks Brothers white blouse, which may be the very first item that YLF inspired me to buy 6 years ago. I rarely wear a sweater over a blouse but always feel more professional with a collared look. Topped all with the TopShop coat, which my dry cleaner told me she liked when I picked it up today!

The bag is the Ms Mary-inspired Banana Republic bag that we both own in multiple colors. Boots, trusty Clarks from 2 years ago. They beat out so many of the neglected boots in my closet because they're just that darned comfortable.

The ring on my right hand is from an Etsy artist - it is designed for arthritis sufferers to help keep joints from disfiguring. A massage therapist recommended it. No idea if it really helps with arthritis but I like how it looks. I can't collect the picture, but here is the link: https://www.etsy.com/listing/2.....?ref=hp_rv

Proud of shopping my closet. And for posting - that makes once in January and now once in Feb. Am on a roll! Good to be back.
