Hi all. I finally got my battery charger for my camera so I am ready to post normal photos. Here are 2 outfits I managed to sneak in this week plus an IPhone photo of bicycle jerseys that I recently tried on. I tried to keep away from these but hubby wants me to invest in one for the warm summer. I kind of like the pink one since I rarely wear that color.

1-2: BR tshirt, Halogen jacket, HM skirt, new wedges from DSW
3-4: Loft cardigan and top, Gap skinny pants, Nine West Pumps
5-6: 2 bike jerseys. Don't remember the brands.

I love both outfits. I have been looking for a true B/W print in a pattern other than polka dots, for a while, so I can do something similar to #2. Those sandals in #1 are amazing and what a gorgeous skirt. I love that style of skirt, sadly I look horrendous on them.

I think the pink cycling top is really cute. I prefer that to the blue.

That first outfit is stunning. I never consider fuller skirts but may have to change that. I also really like the second. Such a long slim silhouetted.

It is nice to have cute exercise gear. I know it shouldn't matter but it does.

You wear those styles and colors so well! I love you in full skirts and yellow, two things I just cannot seem to wear.

I like both bike tops. For practical reasons I'm drawn to the sleeveless style (cooler, no funky arm tan line), but I love the pink one on you.

Zapotee - Thanks for your input about full skirts. I feel like full skirts balance me more than pencil skirts lately.

Dianthus - I used to wear plain old t-shirts and leggings (which I still do) back in my heavier days and now that I'm feeling fit, I feel like jazzing up the exercise gear a bit. Why not? Right.

Janet - I agree with you about tan lines and hubby ended up by the sleeveless for me as a surprise.

Fab, fab, fab! I am a real sucker for paisley, particularly bold ones! I love the fact that this one is bold in scale, but saturated and low contrast in tone! And I am so ready for fuller silhouettes in skirts, a look that you can wear so well.

In #2, I love you use of yellow. I "can't wear" yellow, at least near my face, but this sunny yellow makes me so happy, I'm trying to be open to it. I have a yellow purse. I have black and white. Hmmm. maybe a yellow belt, or a cardi? I like the silhouette here -- long over short, slim bottoms.

3/4: I'm a cyclist, too, although my suburban environment is not conduce to commuter cycling -- I have a road bike (DH is a serious, leg shaving roadie), and a 29-er. Both of these jerseys have great style and fit. I have trouble with the elastic bottoms with my hourglass figure and high hip, and am partial to the ones with princess seams and no elastic. I am far to prone to heat to wear cotton while cyciing, so it's all gear on the bike for me!

I can't get past #1 - it's got such a great Parisian vintage vibe going! The orange beads are the perfect accessory and I love the fuller skirt. Gorgeous!

Great outfits! Love the full skirt on you and those slim black pants are just divine! Love the bright pink on you as well. I sometimes experiment with daring colors in gear, too!

These are gorgeous. I love you in your black and white prints and you look so chic. You are channelling the south of France in 1963 but always look perfectly current as well. It's brilliant.

Love that pink biking top. You look great in that colour as well.

Bethanne - I guess I have to embrace bicycling gear although I feel it's so NOT me but I have succumbed. LOL!!

Rae - I'm a print gal these days. Funny how many styles I've gone through. I remember wearing black in my 20s and that was my staple with an occasional color thrown in. Now I'm all over the place with prints AND color AND heels. The list can go on.

Suz and Transcona Shannon - You are so sweet for saying all those nice things. I haven't been to Paris in almost 15 years so I'm itching to go back soon. I mean I've been to Europe recently but France (specifically Paris).

I am getting a serious Audrey Hepburn vibe from both outfits and since I absolutely ADORE her style, I adore yours too! So chic in both looks. Pretty cool bike chick look too - people will get out of your path when they see a serious biker coming through
