WIW - the polka dot trousers finally left the house

After posting two possible outfits the polka dot trousers finally made their public debut for a fun day of live music and whisky with work colleagues in Scotland's capital city.

The rain was torrential but could not dampen our spirits.

Here is my question. You looked like a million with a pixie. How can you ALSO look like a million with your new sleek bob? And you seemed to miss the awkward growing out period altogether.

I rarely wear colour in the winter, I'm not sure why.

Oh Suz, you have made my day. I had regular trims when growing my hair and opted for the bowl cut method BUT I did spend over nine motnhs in hair purgatory and it was not fun at all.

This outfit is perfect, Jules. I really love the cropped jacket with these trousers and think the subdued colour palette with the navy and browns is gorgeous against your blonde hair and beautiful skin. I know I've already said this, but your new V-neck sweater was such a brilliant purchase:-)
