Good grief it has been a busy week for me. Usual working week plus -Monday - 90 min Policy Meeting (for School Board of Trustees), Tuesday 3 hour language class, Wednesday - School Board Meeting, Thursday - start work 6am for London Conference Call. THANK GOD IT'S FRIDAY. Anyway here's the week in review:

Mon 30 Apr - see Picture Challenge
1. Tue 1 May- Cobalt/Grey/Black Twist front dress (first outing purchased at Farmer's Sale), Black bootleg pants (Warehouse), Bling - Cobalt & Silver Bangle, Silver leaf ear-rings, black winklepicker shoes

2.Wed 2 May - black skirt (Jacqui-E), polka dot cardi eating blouse(Glassons), purple cardi (David Lawrence), thin black belt (Warehouse), black doctors bag (Novo), silver & pearl ear-rings, silver bangle, purple suede super high heels (Mi Piaci)

3&4Thur 3 May - cold morning so multi black/white coat (Caroline Eve), red leopard scarf (Jacqui-E), red leather bag (Overland), black palazzo pants (Stax), black cami & animal print blouse (Max), black winklepickers, black droplet ear-rings

5&6 Casual Friday 4 May black straights, green coat (thrifted), multi scarf (thrifted), chartreuse card(Jacqui-E), grey/black/white abstract pattern sleveless top (Caroline Eve), bronze ballet slippers, black bag, silver hoop earings and bangles.

7 Favorite accessory - very cute grandson

Am I still hitting my style descriptors - Modern Classic, Sporty Natural, Bohemian I wanted to be perceived as youthful and vibrant . Am I tending to one look over the others - I always thought my Summer looks had more of a boho twist not so sure about autumn/winter.

You certainly aren't missing your Bohemian stripe! All great outfits. I especially love 1, 2 and 4 for the creativity and unusual silhouettes. But there's also something extremely appealing about the simplicity of 6-7, with the unexpected colour combination.

What I stylish week! I am book marking this for inspiration. And I have to say it...you cannot be a grandmother!!!

I am a big fan of dress/tunic over pants so #1 is working big time for me. And the color of your coat in 5 is just gorgeous. It didn't show up as well in the earlier pic you posted.

1, 2 and 6 are my faves! I think you nailed your descriptors and you definitely come across as youthful and vibrant! I can't believe you are a grandmother. I was thinking that was your son--not your grandson! You look gorgeous all the way around! (I know you aren't asking but I think the palazzo pants would be better if they were a wee bit longer or if you wore less of a heel. I want them to almost graze the ground.)

Hi Kellygirl I agree re the Palazzo pants after looking at the photos I'll definitely be letting the hem down.

I had the waist taken in & as they no longer sit so low PPL crime - forgive me Angie I'm trying to pay attention.

KC --- I think you'll find "remembering" good outfit combinations easier now that you're taking photos. I need documentary evidence, or I'm sunk!

Hi Katiepea I certainly am. Have spent my Saturday swanning around the local shopping mall with my Mum buying some new items for her & enjoying a lovely cup of coffee.
