I’m actually having dinner with one of my dearest BFFs tonight, for the first time in well over a year. It’s 75 degrees and sunny so we have an outdoor dining situation chosen, so we should be pretty safe. She has been vaccinated, I have not.
It’s emotional because this is our first dinner together since our “third musketeer” passed away last February of cancer. We are meeting at our old standby place, which is famous for their duck fat fries. We got to joking that all we had to do was text each other “DFF - when?!” to set up a date. Suffice to say I’m wearing waterproof mascara, just in case I have a moment.
Breaking out the brand new-to-me snake print backpack and debuting the snake print sandals. I threw together the outfit in about five minutes. DL1961 straight leg jeans with a big cuff, and a roomy white top from Anthro. I don’t wear this necklace a lot because it’s gold and I am more of a silver person, but I’m feeling it today.
