WIW - Team Wear (Matchy like GoldenPig =>)

I got my Tipped Peacoat in the correct size last night and could not wait to wear it today! When I showed my DH he said "Very cute! And Kate Spade-esque". I didn't even realize until he said that that it is indeed very similar to the Kate Spade Black and White piped trench that I was eyeing some time ago (and which he had never seen). Smart man!

1-2 - What I wore to work today, which is very matchy. I have always liked matchy outfits but tried to hold back a bit because ... no good reason. Anyway, Natalie aka GoldenPig kept posting matchy outfits that I loved, so I was inspired to go for it and let my inner matchy-matcher be free.

I think these are great outfits, Emily! You have a great sense of proportion. I think #1-4 are knockouts. I'm no expert, but I'm wondering if #5 could be slightly enhanced if the cardigan or the blue shirt is either longer or shorter. Since both are the same length they create a bit of a horizontal line. Maybe you can ruch up the blue shirt or tuck it in?

I love how well your wardrobe works together. And I also love how your husband knows about Kate Spade. How impressive!

For some reason I am really drawn to #3. You look effortlessly relaxed there.

I love your new coat! I also love that your DH knows Kate Spade; what a man! And I agree with Suz, you MUST walk your doggie in your new coat. I think you should experiment with matchy matchy style, too. I could see it really suiting you. YLF!
