I'm trying to photograph outfits more in 2014, and photograph them better. The light is better at my studio than it is at home, and I can prop up my iPhone for quick pics here pretty well.
When I bought this ponte moto jacket back in the early fall, it was still warm, and I didn't realize that I'd be spending the entire month of November away from home and not wearing my nice or new clothes. So this is a case of Delayed Team Wear. I really like the jacket and have been meaning to wear it for way too long. So today, the tags finally came off and the jacket came out to play.
I like to keep things simple with color blocked and graphic items, so I went for simple black turtleneck, jeans and the Ugg Cortonas. Added the Michael Kors black and white bag, which echoes the jacket nicely. It's cold and there is still snow and ice on the ground here, so this got topped off with the black Trina Turk military coat and a burgundy wool scarf for my outerwear today.
I realized after I took pics that I was sporting some seriously wacky hair today (one of my friends shares the same hair texture as me and we call it our Yeti look), so I plopped my hat back on!
